A new controversy over H5N1, a particular bird flu virus where now two teams of researchers have found mutations that can turn H5N1 from a bird flu to a mammal flu. A federal advisory board is asking for some of the results to be kept secret and not published out in the open. They're afraid that if the research got into the wrong hands, it could be used to create a biological weapon. So what's more important transparency or Secrecy for the sake of safety? Carl Zimmer author of "A Planet of Viruses" discusses.
